Understanding our clients needs
|
The success behind Jack Anderson Hair Design is the understanding of our clients needs and appreciating how the client can maintain his or her look. Thus the importance of education for our staff and clients so there is a clear understanding of their hair and scalp. We recommend correct shampoos, conditioners, styling products, utensils and electrical appliances needed to maintain this look, so we and they do not have any bad hair days.
The staff have all been educated in a standard vocational qualification over a two year period. Hence we have incorporated our price system on experience i.e. junior stylist three years experience, stylist four years, senior stylist five years, most senior stylist over six years. |

Jack Anderson's 27 years of experience

Having over 27 years of experience in all aspects of hairdressing since leaving school, I worked for an employer for 10 years. Then I became self employed as a freelance hairdresser for 4 years. Having established myself, I then opened my first salon Jack Anderson Hair Design in the east end of Dundee; a moderate size salon which was very successful. During this period of time the salon grew thus the salon space became very cramped. I then relocated to my new salon in the city centre in 2002 in which we have a better staff and client friendly premises. We are forward thinking. I believe in working with 4 very successful product brands with their advancement in technology and our hunger to educate our clients for maintenance at home. Ask about our loyalty scheme. |
